OGP Pilot

Our OGP system is the ideal tool for measuring overhead obstacles during oversized transport operations.

It consists of one or two sensors (depending on the version) mounted on the roof of your vehicle, and a display unit installed inside the cabin.
Thanks to its Connect option, it’s the perfect solution for route reconnaissance trips.

The sensors can be mounted on your vehicle in three different ways:

• Screwed directly onto the roof
• Attached to roof bars
• Installed on optional magnetic pads provided

Available in OGP Pilot version with 1 or 2 sensors, and in OGP Truck version with 2 sensors. The maximum measurement height in the OGP Pilot version is 7 meters from the ground (10 meters with optional upgrade), and 5 meters in the OGP Truck version.
When used in escort mode, the external repeater light alerts the convoy of any obstacles along the route.

With the Connect option, you can retrieve height measurements directly on your Android smartphone or tablet (equipped with GPS) via Bluetooth connection. Our Connect app allows you to geolocate each measurement point and display it on a map during your route reconnaissance.

For each measurement point, the app records the obstacle height, GPS position, travel speed, direction of travel, and address. If you have the 2-sensor option, both height measurements (Left/Right) are recorded.

Once back at the office, you can export your data as a .csv or .xls file and analyze it using your preferred mapping software (such as Maps).
To acquire new data in the app, an active subscription is required to connect to the display unit. The subscription is linked to the display unit, and the app can be installed on as many devices as you wish.
This means you can freely switch vehicles (especially convenient with the magnetic pad option) and connect a new device to the unit (in case the user changes). You can also export your data and share the file with a colleague, who will be able to view it in the app without needing an additional subscription.

A 1-year subscription is included with the purchase of the Connect option.
